Foteballe is a social soccer predicting platform that allows its users to compete against each other, individually or in private leagues, to predict the correct results of soccer matches and earn points.

Foteballe Logs information from users when they register. In addition, the platform records browsing data, such as pages visited and time spent on the platform. It also records information about the bets made by users, including the score obtained and the results of the games.

You have choices about the data we collect. When asked to provide personal data, you can refuse. But if you choose not to provide the data necessary to allow us to make the Services available to you, you may not be able to sign up for an Account or use the Services.

The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with Foteballe and the Services and the choices you make.

Foteballe uses the registered information to provide users with personalized services, such as notifications of game results, player rankings, and updated scores. The companies we hire to provide cloud hosting services, offsite backups, know your customer checks, payment processing, fiat hosted wallet provider, and customer support may need access to personal data to provide these functions. In such cases, these companies are required to comply with our data privacy and security requirements and are not permitted to use the personal data they receive from us for any other purpose. We may disclose your data as part of a corporate transaction, such as a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution, or similar event.

Data portability:

To request a copy of your data, please send an email to suporte@foteballe.com and include “Send me a copy of my personal data” in the subject line. Foteballe will send you a digital export of the data associated with your email address within 30 days.

Deletion of data:

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an e-mail to suporte@foteballe.com and include “Please delete my personal data” in the subject line. Please note that Foteballe may be required to maintain certain information as required by applicable law and regulation.

Data Correction:

You can modify your personal data on the “Profile” page on the platform, but some data may not be modifiable without creating a new user profile.

Communication preferences:

You can manage and choose whether you wish to receive marketing communications or withdraw your consent for us to use your data for that purpose. To do so, you should unsubscribe or email suporte@foteballe.com. Please note that some communications are mandatory for the use of the services.

Foteballe is not responsible for and does not endorse or control the content and privacy practices of third party sites. Whenever you access a third party site, you are subject to the terms of their applicable privacy policies and should review them carefully.

We may use cookies, pixels and beacons on the Platform to collect information about you, improve the Platform and store preferences and settings. The competition:

General Competition:

Foteballe provides users with the opportunity to compete in a general competition on the platform, where participants can predict the results of various games and win prizes based on their performance. This competition is part of the Premium competition. In this section, we will explain how information related to the competition is handled.

When participating in the general competition, you may be asked to provide information such as your username, email, and game predictions. This information is collected to facilitate tracking of results, overall rankings, and the distribution of prizes to participants.

Use of Information for the Competition:
The information collected for the general competition is used exclusively for purposes related to the administration and conduct of the competition on the platform. This includes displaying the overall rankings of participants, providing updates on game results, and sending relevant communications about the competition.

Private Leagues:

In addition to the general competition, users also have the option to create private leagues to compete with their friends. To join a private league, a specific league code provided by the league creator is required. Each private league will have its own separate ranking, distinct from the general competition. In addition to the features mentioned above, Foteballe also allows users to create and manage their own private leagues with custom competitions.

Information Collection for Private Leagues:

When joining a private league, you may be asked to provide information such as your username and the private league code. This information is collected to enable your participation in the private league and facilitate the display of the league-specific ranking.

Sharing of Competition Information:

Foteballe does not share information from the general competition or private leagues with third parties unless required by law or necessary to protect its legitimate interests. Competition information may be shared internally with the team responsible for platform administration, but only to the extent necessary for the proper conduct of the competition.
